this rule is active in all server horsepower so...
Like a Star @ heaven 1 report = ban for 1 day
Like a Star @ heaven 2 reports = no use rcon and ban for 2 day
Like a Star @ heaven 3 reports = no admin and ban for 5 day
Like a Star @ heaven 4 reports = ban for ever
